摘 要:目的制备氟化物水样,进行质控和实验室间比对,了解和评价所辖基层实验室检测水样中氟化物的能力和水平。方法使用有证氟化物标准贮备液稀释配制成3个不同浓度水平的质控样品。按照配制过程和质控作业指导书检测要求,应用不确定度评定方法计算浓度范围;随机抽取样品进行均匀性和稳定性考察,判定是否符合质控样的要求。结果经过对3个不同浓度质控样品的均匀性和稳定性检验和评价,表明质控样的均匀性符合要求,在整个质控期间内浓度稳定,可以作为质控样品检测并可依上报的结果进行实验室能力评价。结论利用有证标准贮备液在实验室内可根据需要制备多个浓度水平的质控样品,与单一浓度水平相比,可以有效起到区分作用并达到验证能力的目的,具有较实际的应用价值。Objective Prepariation of water fluoride samples and organizing quality control examination and inter-lab- oratory comparison activities to grasp and verify the analysis abilities of water fluoride among the centers for disease control and prevention affiliated to Zhengzhou city. Method Three levels of fluoride water samples were prepared using the certificated standard stock solution, reference value ranges were calculated according to the uncertainty theory and the dilution process and quality control SOP. The uniformity and stability of the samples were studied to evaluate if these samples could need the necessary of quality control. Result The test and statistical processing demonstrated that the uniformity of the samples was satisfactory, the concentration of the samples was stable throughout all the peiriod of quality control. So the organized quality control examination and inter-laboratory comparison activities were effective and the submitted results could be the basis for labortory ability evaluation.Conclusion It was very useful to prepare- multi-level quality control samples using certificated standard solution according to reality demand, and was helpful to differ different abilities easily comparing to the quality control samples with single concentration.
