摘　　要：目的探讨胸大肌皮瓣移植修复口腔癌手术缺损术后皮瓣综合性观察与护理效果.方法 82例胸大肌皮瓣移植修复口腔癌手术缺损患者按照随机抽签法予以分组,对照组(n=41)应用常规护理模式,护理组(n=41)则在常规护理基础上实行皮瓣综合性观察,对比两组患者皮瓣成活率、护理满意度、并发症发生率.结果护理组患者皮瓣成活率为92.68%,并发症发生率为4.88%,护理满意度为97.56%;对照组患者皮瓣成活率为75.61%,并发症发生率为21.95%,护理满意度是73.17%,两组指标对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论胸大肌皮瓣移植修复口腔癌手术缺损患者在常规护理基础上实行术后皮瓣综合性观察的护理效果很好,可明显提升皮瓣成活率和护理满意度,且并发症较少,可作为胸大肌皮瓣移植修复口腔癌手术缺损患者的首选护理模式.Objective To investigate the comprehensive observation and nursing effect of skin flap after pectoralis major myocutaneous flap grafting to repair oral cancer defect. Method Eighty-two patients with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap were used to repair oral cancer defect.The patients in control group（ n = 41）were treated with routine nursing mode.Nursing group（ n = 41） is based on the comprehensive observation of the flap,flap survival rate of patients in the two groups,care satisfaction,the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The survival rate of flap in the nursing group was 92. 68%,the complication rate was 4.88% and the nursing satisfaction was 97.56%.The survival rate of the flap in the control group was 75. 61%,the complication rate was 21. 95%,nursing satisfaction was 73. 17%,indicators of the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap transplantation is an effective way to repair the defect of oral cancer,which can improve the survival rate of the flap and the nursing satisfaction of the patients,and the complication is better than that of the conventional nursing.It can be used as the pectoralis major myocutaneous flap transplantation to repair oral cancer surgery for patients with the preferred nursing care model.
