摘  要:对比了材料成本相同的PHC管桩与灌注桩的承载力性能,重点分析了水平承载力的差异。结果表明:当材料成本相同时,PHC管桩具有更大的桩径和较高的桩身混凝土强度,PHC管桩的轴向承载力是灌注桩的2.1倍以上,而受弯承载力和受剪承载力分别约是灌注桩的4.55倍、1.87倍,其承载力具有明显的优势。因此,在道桥、铁路等工程中用PHC管桩替代灌注桩,是一项降低成本和资源消耗、提高质量、改善施工环境的技术进步。The paper compares the capacity of the same material cost of PHC pipe piles and caisson piles, and the difference of horizontal hearing capacity is emphatically analyzed. The results show that when the material cost is the same, the PHC pile has bigger diameter and higher strength, and the axial bearing capacity of PHC pipe piles is more than 2.1 times of the caisson pile, and the flexural bearing and shear bearing capacity of the PHC pipe pile is about 4.55 times of the caisson pile. The advantages of PHC pipe piles' bearing capacity are obvious. Therefore, replacing caisson piles by PHC pipe piles in the bridge and railway projects is a technological progress with cost and resource consumption reduction, quality advancement and improvement of the construction environment.
