某工程地下室底板开裂原因分析及处理措施

摘　　要：深圳这样的沿海城市地下水丰富,雨季旱季分明,降水集中在雨季,台风带来的雨水量大,时间集中。由于抗浮设计不足或施工失误所造成的建筑物、构筑物等结构发生倾斜、上浮的事故屡有出现。文章分析了某工程地下室底板开裂原因,并提出处理措施。The coastal city such as Shenzhen that has rich groundwater, and distinct rainy and dry seasons, with rainfall concentrated in the rainy season. The typhoon brings a large amount of rain water in concentrated time. Because of the inclination and floating accidents of the buildings caused by the anti floating design or construction errors happen frequently. This article analyzes the causes of the cracking of a basement engineering, and puts forward the treatment measures.
