摘  要:通过调整抽丝机主机机身加热温度,调整冷却水槽水温、及循环水量,调整抽丝牵伸倍数生产高强低纤丝,从而达到降低柔性集装袋的底盖布及袋体纵横向基布的单重;通过调整吊带生产工艺,用折叠丝替代吊带宽丝,调整吊带生产张力来降低柔性集装袋用吊带的单重。综上所述的几种生产工艺的改进,最终在确保柔性集装袋使用要求的前提下达到集装袋整体降低单重,从而达到降低生产成本的目的。The high-strength low-filaments were produced through adjusting the heating temperature of the spinning machine, the temperature of the cooling water bath, the cycle of water and the spinning drawing ratio to reduce the weight of the bottom pocket, the longitude and woof fabric of bag body for Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) . The weight of sling was reduced through adjusting the process, using the folding filament instead of the wide wire of the sling, adjusting the tension of the sling. Some adjustment of the production process reduced the single-product weight of FIBC and production costs on the base of ensuring the requirements of FIBC.
