摘 要:根据湖北省气象探测设备运行保障工作的需要,为提高气象装备技术保障水平,开发了基于气象探测设备自身运行状态参数的气象探测设备运行状态监控系统。系统实现了湖北省新一代天气雷达、风廓线雷达、闪电定位仪等探测设备运行状态的信息采集、处理、存储管理,并以B/S结构方式提供设备状态参数实时监控展示、故障告警、信息检索、统计评估等功能。针对现有业务监控系统存在的不足,文章从设计思路、系统结构、系统关键技术等方面对本系统做了详细的阐述,希望可以为其他地区气象探测设备运行状态监控系统的设计提供一定参考。According to the needs of operation safeguard of meteorological detection equipment, and in order to improve the level of meteorological equipment technical support, a operation monitoring system based on equipment self-operating state parameters is proposed. The operation status of information collection, processing and storage management for detection equipments, such as new generation weather radar, wind profile radar and lightning position indicator etc, are fulfilled in this system. The functions of real-time monitoring display, malfunction alarm, information retrieval and statistical evaluation etc for equipment state parameters are provided based on B/S structural model. Based on analyzing the deficiency of current performance monitoring system, this paper describes this system in detail from the following main fields of design idea, system structure, system key technology etc, which hopes providing some references for the design of operation monitoring system of the meteorological sounding equipment in other areas.
