摘  要:研究了在环氧乙烯基酯树脂中添加不同数量的碳纳米管(CNT)后对液体树脂粘度及固化性能的影响,对浇注体的电性能、机械性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,CNT对阻燃乙烯基酯树脂有明显的增稠作用,对树脂的固化有明显的阻聚作用,延长了树脂的凝胶和固化,降低了树脂的固化度和放热峰;使得树脂浇注体的强度降低模量增加,对树脂的热变形温度基本没有影响,但对其FRP材料却有明显的增强效果,加入CNT后FRP的弯曲、压缩和冲击强度有明显的提升。The effects of adding different amount of carbon nanotubes(CNT) in epoxy vinyl ester resin on the vis- cosity and curing performance of liquid resin and on the electrical, mechanical and thermal properties of resin cast were investigated. The results showed that CNT significantly thickened flame-retardant vinyl ester resin, inhibited the polymerization for resin curing and prolonged the gelling and curing of resin and lowered the curing degree and exo- thermic peak, and that CNT decreased the strength but increased the modulus of the resin and had no influence on the heat deformation temperature of the resin on the whole, while providing significant reinforcement for FRP, with the flexural, compressive and impact strength distinctly increased after the addition of CNT.
