平性药药性及应用特点

摘　　要：平性药是介于寒热之间而偏性不显著的一类中药,其与偏性药相对而言,是客观存在的。提出平性药药性特点为药性平和、不显寒热、温凉偏差小,药性调和、随证配伍、适用广泛;认为其作用特点为性平力不平,且可针对病症、扭转病势;其以作用特点可分为两类,一类是性平力缓、以补为主、多味甘,另一类是性平力峻、药效速猛、多味辛、苦、酸。中药的药性理论是指导中医治疗用药的基础,故明确平性药的药性对临床治疗具有一定意义。Neutral herbs belong to a kind of Chinese herbs whose bias is not significant and the property is between cold and hot. This term is relative to the partial herbs and it is objective. The authors put forward that the property of neutral herbs are mild,insignificant,neither cold nor hot,harmonious,combination according to syndromes and wide application. The authors hold that the function characteristic of neutral herbs is not mild and neutral herb could be aimed to the diseases and to reverse the diseases. According to the function characteristic,the authors summarize that neutral herbs could be divided into two types. Some neutral drugs have mild property and efficiency,most of them are tonics and they taste sweet,while other neutral drugs also have mild property but the efficiency is drastic and they taste pungent,bitter or sour. Chinese herb property theory is the basis guiding Chinese physicians to use herbs. So it is of certain significance to clinical treatment to clarify the property of neutral herb.
