摘 要:目的探讨积雪草水提液治疗高尿酸血症的可能作用机制。方法将48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、苯溴马隆组、积雪草组,每组12只。除空白组外其余各组建立高尿酸血症大鼠模型,检测造模前后和给药7、14、21天各组大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度及24 h尿量,计算24 h尿酸总量。结果与空白组比较,造模后各组大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸总量均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,给药后各时间点苯溴马隆组和积雪草组血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸均明显降低;给药7天苯溴马隆组24 h尿量降低,积雪草组24 h尿量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与苯溴马隆组比较,给药7天积雪草组血尿酸、24 h尿量升高,尿尿酸浓度、24 h尿酸总量降低(P<0.05)。结论积雪草水提液可降低高尿酸血症模型大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸浓度及24 h尿酸总量,并增加24 h尿量,对尿酸代谢作用的影响是其治疗高尿酸血症的可能作用机制。Objective To explore the probable mechanism of the water extract of Jixuecao [Centella asiatica]in treating hyperuricemia. Methods Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Benzbromarone group and Jixuecao group,12 for each. The hyperuricemia model was built in groups except the blank group. In each group,the serum uric acid( UA) level,urine UA level and the 24 h urine volume were detected before and after modeling as well as on the 7th,14 th and 21 st day of drug administration,and the 24 h UA volume was calculated. Results Compared with the blank group,after modeling,serum UA level,urine UA level and 24 h urine volume in each group increased significantly( P〈0. 01). Compared with the model group,after drug administration,serum UA level,urine UA level and 24 h urine volume in Benzbromarone group and Jixuecao group declined significantly; on the 7th day,the 24 h urine volume in Benzbromarone group descended,while that in Jixuecao group ascended( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Compared with Benzbromarone group,on the 7th day after drug administration,serum UA level and 24 h urine volume in Jixuecao group increased,while urine UA level and 24 h UA volume decreased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The water extract of Jixuecao could lower serum UA level,urine UA level and24 h UA volume in hyperuricemia rat models,and increased the 24 h urine volume. Its effect on the UA metabolism may be the potential mechanism of treating hyperuricemia.
