摘 要:目前大多数配电网评估指标体系都是针对配电网规划建立的,而没有形成一套完整的配电网运行状态评估指标体系。基于层次分析法建立了一套实用型配电网运行状态评估指标体系,包括6类上层指标和23个底层单项指标。详细介绍了评估体系中指标的含义、指标值计算所需基础数据及其来源。采用AHP-Delphi方法计算指标权重因子,从而提高指标权重的客观性,并利用模糊隶属度函数来确定单项指标评分公式。最后,通过对某实际配电网运行状态进行综合评估,验证了所述评估指标体系及评估方法的可行性和有效性。Most of the current distribution network evaluation index system is established for distribution network planning, and a complete index system to evaluate the operation state of distributed network hasn't been formed. A practical index system to evaluate the operation state of distributed network is established, which includes 6 upper indexes and 23 underlying individual indexes. The definition of every index, the basic data needed and its resources related to index calculation are introduced in detail. AHP-Delphi method is used to calculate the weight of every index in order to improve the objectivity of the index weights, and fuzzy membership function is adopted to determine the formula of every single index. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and method are verified through the comprehensive assessment of the operation state in a realistic distributed network.
