摘 要:风偏灾害是影响输电线路安全运行的主要因素之一,风偏灾害监测预警系统对线路安全运行至关重要。通过计算悬垂绝缘子串风偏角和绝缘子串底部至杆塔的最小空气间隙距离,提出了基于最小空气间隙距离的风偏灾害预警方法。考虑到微气象因素对风偏的影响,提出了4种不同的数学模型对风偏角进行预测,使预警更加准确。最后,通过C#编程搭建了风偏灾害预测预警系统平台,并通过实例数据验证了系统的可行性和有效性。Windage yaw disaster is one of the main factors affecting the safe operation of transmission lines, and the monitoring and forewarning system of the windage yew disaster plays an important role in the safe operation of transmission lines. This paper proposes forewarning method of windage yaw disaster based on the minimum air clearance distance, after calculating the windage yaw angle of suspension insulator string and the minimum air clearance distance from the bottom of insulator string to tower body. Considering the influence of micrometeorological factors of windage yaw, four different mathematical models are proposed to predict the windage yaw angle, thus the forewarning is more accurate. Finally, the system platform for windage yaw disaster forecasting and forewarning system is established by C#, and the feasibility and validity of the system are verified by examples.
