《腧穴主治·国家标准》中月经病的“同功穴”分析

摘　　要：目的系统总结、整理《腧穴主治·国家标准GB/T30233-2013》中主治月经病的腧穴,分析腧穴归属经脉和腧穴所属部位,总结出月经病的"同功穴"。方法人工检索《腧穴主治·国家标准》中主治月经病的腧穴,对其进行腧穴归经和归属部位的分析。结果《腧穴主治·国家标准》中主治月经病的腧穴共计44个;其中,三阴交、中极、关元、次髎、血海、阴谷、合谷、天枢、水泉九穴使用频次较高;从腧穴所属经脉上看,足少阴肾经和足厥阴肝经的腧穴数最多,均为8个,占腧穴总数的18.18%,其次为任脉和足太阳膀胱经;从腧穴分布部位上看,主要分布在下肢部和腹部。结论腧穴频次较高的9个腧穴可以称为月经病的"同功穴","同功穴"的得出能够指导腧穴配伍和针灸处方选穴,也能为月经病的临床治疗和科学研究提供理论依据。Objective Summarizing andsystemizing the acupoints which indicate emmeniopathy in GB / T30233-2013,analysising the ownership of meridians,the location of acupoints,concluding the＂Analogous Point＂of emmeniopathy. Methods Manual search the acupoints which indicates emmeniopathy in GB / T30233-2013,analysis the ownership of meridians. Results There have 44 acupoints which can attend emmeniopathy in the GB / T30233-2013,among them,there have 9 acupoints which have higher occurrence frequency,they are san yin jiao,zhongji,guanyuan,ciliao,xuehai,yingu,hegu,tianshu,shuiquan; in the aspect of the ownership of meridians,the kidney meridian of footshoyin and liver merdian is the most,both of them have 8 acupoints,account for total acupoints 18. 18%,in the second place is Ren channel and bladder meridian; the location of acupoints,the ministry of lower limbsis and the abdomen are the most. Conclusion we consider the nine higher frequency acupionts as emmeniopathy＂Analogous Point＂,which can guide the acupoints compatibility and the prescription selected points,also can provide theoretical basis of the clinic treatment of emmeniopathy.
