摘　　要：国医大师夏桂成在长期的临证过程中对子宫内膜异位症痛经的论治形成了独到的见解。总结国医大师夏桂成教授辨证论治子宫内膜异位症痛经临证经验,并验之临床。病机方面夏桂成教授认为子宫内膜异位症引起的痛经是以肾虚,尤以肾阳偏虚为致病之本,以血瘀不通为致病之标,治疗方面倡导补肾调周以治本,化瘀通经以治标,主张宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合,并提倡调畅情志,配合饮食宜忌。Professor XIA Guicheng,a National Chinese Medical Science Master,gets his unique and efficient method of treating dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis based on the syndrome differentiation. Hence,this paper aims to summarize the experience of Professor Xia Guicheng in treating dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis. Professor XIA believes that the disorder is rooted in the deficiency of kidney-yang,combined with blood stasis,therefore,the treatment principle should be tonifing kidney to regulate menstruation,together with dispersing blood stasis to promote menstruational flow,which stresses the importance of syndrome differentiation. In addition,adjusting and controlling of the mood-emotion as well as paying attention to daily diet are also advocated,all of which have achieved good therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
