摘　　要：蜈蚣是一种传统中药,炮制方法主要分为加辅料和不加辅料两种,高温以杀菌去腥、矫臭矫味、解毒,通过炮制能改善药性,提升药学价值,提高疗效。蜈蚣的化学成分主要有蛋白质、多肽、多糖、脂肪酸、氨基酸、微量元素等。蜈蚣走窜力强,入肝经,主要药理作用有抗肿瘤作用,对心血管系统有一定的保护心肌和保护血管作用、镇痛作用,提高消化酶的活力有促消化作用,中枢抑制作用,对免疫系统有调节免疫力作用等。临床普遍用于小儿惊风、痉挛抽搐、面神经麻痹、破伤风、溃疡等症。Centipede is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. The processing of centipedes mainly can be divided into two categories,added with supplementary materials or not. High temperature can kill bacteria,remove the smell and reduce toxicity. Processing method can improve the drug resistance of centipede,enhance the pharmaceutical value,and increase the curative effect. The chemical constituents of the centipede mainly include protein,polypeptide,polysaccharide,fatty acid,amino acid,trace element,etc. The medical propertie of centipede is extremely good at reaching all parts of the body and liver meridian. The main pharmacological action of centipede has anti-tumor,protecting the heart muscle and the blood vessel for cardiovascular system,analgesia,promoting digestion by enhancing the activity of digestive enzymes,central inhibition,regulating immunity for the immune system,etc. In clinic,the centipede is widely used in the treatment of infantile convulsion,spasm,facial paralysis,tetanus,ulcer etc.
