通心痹合剂对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血清炎症标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药通心痹合剂对实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔血清炎症标志物的影响及其抗AS的可能作用机制。方法将60只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、通心痹合剂大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。以球囊导管内皮损伤术和高脂饵食法建立家兔AS模型,其中通心痹合剂各剂量组及辛伐他汀组在造模的同时分别给药,空白组、模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃。8周后检测各组家兔血脂、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果模型组家兔血液IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α明显升高,IL-10明显降低,与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);通心痹合剂各剂量组、辛伐他汀组均可明显降低家兔IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),但通心痹合剂大、中剂量组在升高IL-10方面与辛伐他汀组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心痹合剂对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血清炎症标志物具有一定的干预作用。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tongxin Bihe mixture on serum inflammatory markers in experimental atherosclerosis（ AS） rabbits and the possible mechanism of anti AS. Methods The 60 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,simvastatin group,Tongxin Bihe mixture in large,medium and small dose group,10 rabbits in each group. rabbit AS models were established with the balloon catheter and endothelial injury and high-fat diet methods,of which the Tongxin Bihe mixture in each dose group and simvastatin group were administered respectively in the model at the same time,the blank group and model group were administered with normal saline. After 8 weeks,serum lipids,interleukin-6（ IL-6）,interleukin-1（ IL-1）,interleukin-10（ IL-10）,and tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） were detected in all groups. Results Rabbits in the model group bloodIL-6,IL-1,TNF-α increased significantly,IL-10 decreased significantly,there was significant difference compared with the control group（ PP 0. 05,P 0. 01）; Tongxin Bihe mixture in each dose group and simvastatin group could decrease the level of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 in rabbits,there was significant difference compared with the model group（ P 0. 05,P 0. 01）,but the Tongxin Bihe mixture large and medium dose group have significant difference in increasing IL-10 compared with simvastatin group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Tongxin Bihe mixture on serum inflammatory markers in experimental atherosclerosis rabbits has certain intervention effect.
