摘 要:采用机械混合法在SSBR/NR胎面胶中加入BR胶料,研究了BR对SSBR/NR/BR胎面胶门尼粘度、力学性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,随着BR用量的增加,SSBR/NR/BR并用胶的门尼粘度降低,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度等力学性能有所下降,但拉断伸长率得到提升,阿克隆磨耗显著降低,降幅约30%;当(SSBR/NR)/BR并用比为60/40时,胶料的流动性最好,损耗模量最小,填料的分散度最好;由DMA测试可知,加入BR降低了胶料的抗湿滑性,但对滚动阻力影响较小。The BR was added in the SSBR/NR tread compound by mechanical mixing method,and the effect of BR amount on Mooney viscosity,mechanical property and rheological property of SSBR/NR blends were investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of tread compound was decreased with the increase of volume fraction of BR material.Mechanical properties,such as tensile strength,tear strength and hardness were decreased,but the elongation at break was promoted and Akron abrasion was distinctly descended with a drop of 30% with the increase of BR.When the ratio of(SSBR/NR)/BR was 60/40,the tread compound had the best flowability,the minimum loss modulus and the best dispersion of filler.The DMA tests showed that the wet-skid resistance was reduced,but the influence on rolling resistance was not observable.
