摘 要:研究了NR/SBR并用比对子午线轮胎胎圈胶的硫化特性、力学性能以及粘合性能的影响。结果表明,随着SBR用量的增加,胎圈胶的硫化速率变慢,硫化扭矩、门尼粘度逐渐提高。老化前,胎圈胶的拉伸性能、撕裂强度先下降后上升,老化后,呈逐渐上升趋势。随着SBR用量的增加,胎圈胶与胎圈钢丝的粘合性能逐渐下降。Effects of NR/SBR blending ratio on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and adhesion properties of bead rubber were studied.The results showed that vulcanization torque,Mooney viscosity,Shore A hardness increased and vulcanization rate declined gradually with the increase of SBR content.The tensile and tear strength of bead rubber decreased firstly and then increased before aging while the mechanical properties increased gradually after aging.With the increase of SBR content,adhesion properties between bead rubber and bead wire decreased gradually.
