摘  要:采用动态全硫化法制备了EPDM/PP热塑性弹性体(TPV),研究了剪切强度、DCP、TAIC对相反转及力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高剪切强度,有利于相反转发生,也使橡胶相在塑料相中呈现更加均匀细化的分散。适当增加DCP或TAIC用量均可促进相反转,缩短反转时间。当DCP用量为1.7份,TAIC用量为1.5份时,对相反转促进作用最佳。相应地,TPV力学性能随着DCP或TAIC用量的增加呈先提高后减弱的趋势。Ethylene propylene terpolymer/polypropylene(EPDM/PP)thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV)were prepared by using dynamic vulcanization method.The effect of shearing strength,the amount of vulcanizing agent dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and co-agent triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)on the phase inversion and mechanical properties of TPV were investigated.The results showed that increasing shearing strength promoted the occurrence of phase inversion,and the EPDM phase was more uniformly dispersed in PP phase.Increasing dosage of DCP or TAIC appropriately could accelerate phase inversion,shortening phase inversion time.And there was the best value on the promotion phase inversion when 1.7phr DCP was incorporated with 1.5phr TAIC.Correspondingly,the mechanical properties of TPV increased first and then decreased with increasing the dosage of DCP or TAIC.
