摘　　要：研究了增塑剂DOP用量对硫黄硫化NBR的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能及耐油耐寒性能和耐热空气老化性能的影响。结果表明,加入DOP延长了NBR混炼胶的焦烧时间;增大了硫化胶的压缩永久变形,并提高了其耐寒性能。当DOP用量为20份时,配合剂分散均匀,压缩永久变形最大;当DOP用量为15份时,NBR耐油性能最优,当DOP用量15份以上时,耐寒性能最优。The effects of the DOP amount on the curing characteristics,dynamic mechanical properties,mechanical properties,oil and cold resistance and hot air resistance of NBR vulcanizate were studied.The results showed that the addition of DOP could prolong the scorch time of NBR,increase the compression sets and improve the cold resistance.When the amount of DOP was 20 phr,ingredients uniformly dispersed and compression sets was the largest;when the amount of DOP was more than 15 phr,the cold resistance reached the best and the further increase of DOP had little effect on the cold resistance of NBR.Moreover,when the amount of DOP was 15 phr,the oil resistance of NBR was the best.
