摘 要:以壳聚糖为结构导向剂,采用水热法制备了一种结构规整、粒径均匀的CuCr_2O_4单晶纳米粒子.用SEM和TEM表征粒子表面形貌,XRD和FTIR表征粒子结构与组成,通过调控水热时间和壳聚糖加入量实现对粒子形貌的调节.将CuCr_2O_4单晶纳米粒子与丙烯酸乳液共混,制备选择性吸收涂层并测试涂层的吸收率与发射率.结果表明,CuCr_2O_4粒子的分散性和粒径大小对光谱选择性吸收性能有很大影响,并最终得到吸收率(α)为0.964、发射率(ε)为0.258的环境友好太阳能选择吸收涂层.A novel monocrystalline CuCr2O4 powders was fabricated via a hydrothermal process under the orientation-directing of chitosan.The morphologies of CuCr2O4 powders were investigated by SEM and TEM.The compositions and microstructures were characterized by XRD and FTIR.The control on the morphology of powders had been achieved by adjusting the hydrothermal time and the addition amount of chitosan.Coatings were prepared by mixing the powders with polyacrylate latex and he solar selective absorbing properties were investigated.Result showed that the morphology and particles size of CuCr2O4 had a great influence on the solar selective properties.The prepared environmentally friendly coatings exhibit excellent solar selective properties with absorptance of 0.964 and an emittance of 0.258.
