摘 要:倾斜火炬塔结构纠倾施工过程中地基扰动可能产生新的沉降。本文通过对实际工程的桩基加固过程中的沉降进行分析,为顶升纠偏顶升量取值提供参考。全文以某倾斜LNG(液化天然气)火炬塔工程为例,提出了顶升纠倾方案和地基基础加固方案,给出主要构造图;根据该方案,分析了新增桩基加固方法施工前后火炬塔桩基沉降情况,给出预测计算方法。分析结果表明:按非嵌岩桩计算得到的基础沉降与观测结果较为一致;纠偏与地基加固施工过程中的总沉降主要由承台扩大、压桩和后期新桩中新增荷载导致的沉降变形三者引起,最大预测数值为3.7mm。因此,在确定顶升纠偏顶升量目标值时应考虑加固过程中的总沉降。Further settlement would be caused by foundation disturbance in constructing of inclination rectification of flare tower. The settlement of pile foundation during reinforcement process in a practical engineering was analyzed to provide reference for the value of lifting amount in jacking rectification. In this paper, a case of a tilt- ed LNG ( Liquefied Natural Gas) flare tower was introduced, which includes the jacking rectification scheme and the foundation reinforcement scheme, and the main structural diagram was given. Based on the scheme, the settlements of pile foundation were analyzed not only before pushing additional piles but also after it, and the predicting calculation method was provided. The result indicated the settlement of pile foundation before reinforcement was consistent with observed results. The total settlement during the rectification and foundation reinforcement construc- tion is mainly caused by extension of cushion cap, pushing additional piles and loads transferring to additional piles in later, and the maximum predicted value was 3. 7mm. Therefore, the total settlement in pile foundation reinforce- ment should be taken into account when determining the target lifting value of the jacking rectification.
