摘  要:潍坊白浪河摩天轮是世界上首次采用编织网格形式的无轴式摩天轮,其施工采用搭设临时支撑体系的高空散装法。为保证施工的顺利进行,用MIDAS建立了潍坊白浪河摩天轮结构的有限元模型,对结构施工进行全过程模拟分析,绘出结构不同施工步下的最大应力曲线,以及部分节点在考虑路径效应的计算方法和一次性加载计算方法下的位移对比曲线。对施工过程中的摩天轮和临时支撑体系的应力进行跟踪监测,并与计算结果进行对比验证。结果表明,计算结果与监测结果吻合较好,变化趋势一致,证明了有限元模拟的正确性。The Bailanghe Ferris Wheel is the first ferris wheel in the world without shaft in the form of woven mesh. The scheme of setting up temporary bracing system was adopted in the construction of the Ferris Wheel. A finite element model of the Ferris Wheel with MIDAS was carried out to ensure the safety of the construction. A full process of construction simulation analysis was made to draw the maximum stress curve under different construction steps and the displacement curve of partial nodes in the loading process of one-time installed steel structure and under certain path effect. The stress of the Ferris Wheel and the temporary bracing system is monitored in the construction process. By comparing the dates, it would be found that the monitoring dates are consistent with the calculation results. And their trends are coincident as well. In this way the correctness of the finite element method has been proven.
