维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢知识的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析患者对钙磷代谢知识的了解程度。方法采用自行设计的钙磷代谢知识了解程度调查表,对新疆石河子大学医学院第一附属医院肾病科2015年10月维持性血液透析病情稳定的患者共119例进行调查。结果慢性肾脏病5期维持性血液透析患者对钙磷代谢知识的了解程度普遍偏低;79.3%的患者不清楚钙磷代谢紊乱会引起哪些自身症状;大部分的患者能按医护人员的饮食指导来调节自己每日饮食的种类和量,并遵医嘱服药。结论我院维持性血液透析患者对钙磷代谢知识的了解程度普遍偏低,大部分患者都愿意遵从医嘱,仍有3.3%的患者完全不知道如何控制血磷;医护人员应强化患者钙磷代谢知识的教育和普及,提高知识水平,从而改善患者生存质量。Objective To Discuss the knowledge of calcium and phosphorus metabolism of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A self-designed questionnaire about Calcium and phosphorus metabolism knowledge was used. A total of 119 patients with maintenance hemodialysis and being in a stable condition, who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of shihezi university in October 2015, were collected. Results Patients underwent Chronic kidney disease （CKD-5） maintenance hemodialysis had low knowledge about calcium phosphorus metabolism; 79.3% of patients were not clearly understand about the adverse effect of calcium phosphorus metabolism disorders; Most of patients could adjust the types and amount of their daily diet and take medicine on time according to medical staff guidelines. Conclusion In our hospital, most of patients with maintenance hemodialysis were lack of the knowledge of calcium phosphorus metabolism. But the majority of patients are willing to follow the doctors＇ advice. There are still 3.3% of patients do not know how to control the blood phosphorus level; Medical staff should teach patients＇ knowledge about calcium phosphorus metabolism, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
