摘　　要：目的:分析影响寻常型银屑病治愈后缓解期长短的相关因素。方法:选取我院住院采取统一治疗方案治愈的寻常型银屑病患者126例,记录入院时病情相关信息对出院后的复发情况进行随访,时间为1年。结果:共111例患者完成随访,20例患者1年后保持缓解,其余患者缓解期为(54.57±52.73)天,其中患者发病次数、病情严重程度、精神因素、治疗期间有无新发皮疹、既往治疗等因素与愈后缓解期长短有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:影响银屑病预后的原因复杂,对于有易复发因素的患者治疗中可以采取相应对策,减少复发。Objective：To determine the factors associated with the length of remission in 111 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：One hundred and twenty-six inpatients were enrolled in our study. Data such as disease severity at the time of admission and recurrence during the follow-ups were collected and analyzed. Results：One hundred and eleven patients completed regular follow-ups, 20 of them kept remission after one year and the remission time of the others were 54.57±52.73 days. Relapse times, disease severity, emotional factors, and the treatment regimens had a significant impact on the psoriasis remission （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion：Factors that influence the remission of psoriasis are complex. More care should be taken for the patients who tend to be relapsed.
