恙虫病18例误诊原因分析

摘　　要：目的：分析恙虫病的误诊原因，减少恙虫病的误诊。方法：对2015年11-12月江苏大学附属人民医院住院治疗的24例恙虫病患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：24例患者中有18例误诊为其他疾病，恙虫病易误诊为上呼吸道感染性疾病、病毒疹、淋巴结炎、肠梗阻、肺炎等。结论：误诊原因主要是恙虫病的临床表现多样化及临床医师对本病特殊临床表现认识不足。Objective：To determine the causes of misdiagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease in order to reduce the misdiagnosis of scrub typhus. Methods：Twenty-four cases with scrub typhus from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Of the 24 patients recorded, 18 cases were misdiagnosed as other diseases, such as upper respiratory tract infectious disease, herpes simplex virus, lymphadenitis, intestinal obstruction and pneumonia. Conclusion： The main causes of misdiagnosis includes complicated clinical manifestations of the disease and lack of the knowledge on the disease among the medical staff.
