摘 要:为解决高热燃烧剂难点燃的难题,本文以KNO3,MnO2为氧化剂;Mg,Al为可燃剂;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、酚醛树脂(PF)为粘结剂,设计了一种双层包覆结构高能点火药,采用溶剂蒸发-重结晶包覆工艺制备出了该高能点火药,并对其主要性能进行了测试和点燃性的初步验证.结果表明:该点火药的5s延滞期的爆发点为303℃,残渣率为93.28%,摩擦感度为40%,撞击感度为16%,静电火花感度为0%,能可靠点燃试验中的高热燃烧剂.In order to solve the problems of high-heat incendiary agent which is difficult to be ignited.In the paper,KNO3 and MnO2 were selected as its oxygenant,Mg powder and Al powder were used as its combustible agent and PVP and phenol-formaldehyde resin were used as the binder.In the paper,KNO3 and MnO2were selected as its oxygenant.Mg powder and Al powder were used as its combustible agent and PVP and phenol-formaldehyde resin were used as the binder.The process of coating method by the solvent evaporation was choosed to prepare the higher-energy ignition composition with doublecoated.Results shows that its friction sensitivity,impact sensitivity,electrostatic sensitivity,and residue ratio are 40%,16%,0%,303 ℃ and 93.28%,respectively.It can ignite high-heat incendiary agent.
