韩国创造经济革新中心对江苏的启示

摘　　要：当前世界经济复苏仍面临诸多的不确定因素,创新成为这一背景下唯一的生存战略。2013年,韩国政府提出"创造经济"发展理念,按照"政府+大企业,为创业企业提供创新经济环境的模式"设立创造经济革新中心,旨在打造第二个"汉江奇迹"。韩国这一创新模式对正处在向创新驱动转变关键时期的江苏而言,具有重要的借鉴意义。Innovation is the only survival strategy in the world with economic instability and uncertainty. Aiming to create a second ＂Hanjiang Miracle＂, the South Korean government proposed ＂Creative Economy＂ in 2013, and then set up Creative Economic Innovation Center, in accordance with the model of ＂government ＋ enterprises, providing the innovation economy envrionment for enterprises＂. South Korea＇s innovation model has important referencevalue for Jiangsu province, which is in the key period of transformation.
