摘  要:开展水环境监测实验室共建是实现流域片省(国)界及重要水功能区监测和管理目标的有效途径。从长江流域片共建实验室遴选、建设、运行管理、信息管理、潜在问题及解决思路等方面进行分析。结果表明,坚持从总体规划、制度保障、质量管理、体制创新等方面着手,明确责任和义务,加强协调和沟通,实验室共建工作将实现社会、流域和地方的多赢。The co-construction of water environmental monitoring laboratories is the effective way to realize the monitoring and management goals of provincial boundaries and important water functional areas in the valley. The selection, construction, operation management, information management and potential problems of the co-construction laboratories in the Yangtze River Valley as well as the solving methods are discussed in this paper. The results reveal that a win-win-win scenario for the social, Yangtze River Valley and its peripheral cities can be implemented in the co-construction of laboratories by simultaneously aiming at the overall plan, institution guarantee, quality control and institution innovation while clarifying responsibilities and obligations and enhancing communication and coordination.
