摘 要:在水质监测管理中,特别是黄河流域入黄排污口监督工作中,水质样品的采集点和时间是水样是否具有代表性的重要环节。根据实际需求设计并完成水质样品实时信息采集软件,该软件实现对采样地点GPS精准定位,采用二维码存储、FTP服务器传输等技术实时传输采样信息,有效解决对采样过程的监管问题。通过实地测试证明研发的软件达到设计要求,具备便携、准确、快捷、高效的优点,对实现水质采样远程监管具有实践意义。The collection point and time of water sample is an important part of its representation in water quality monitoring and management, especially in the Yellow River basin into sewage outlet supervision work. In order to effectively solve the regulatory problem during the water sampling, a system is designed to collect the real time information of water sampling through the technologies such as GPS precise positioning, QR code storage, FTP server transmission et.al. Through field testing, the results prove that the software can meet the design requirement and its advantages are portable, accurate, fast, and efficient. The software is practical significant for achieving water quality sampling and remote control.
