摘  要:结合松辽流域水资源监控能力建设项目需要,基于Super Map iServer平台设计和建设松辽委水利地理信息共享服务平台。通过对服务目录、分类检索、专题服务、运维管理等7个方面的功能建设,以及对数据服务的接入、注册和发布,为业务应用提供统一、标准的基础地理和水利业务专题空间服务。共享平台的建设规范空间数据使用,降低开发成本,加强数据资源共享。共享平台是松辽委水利"一张图"工作平台的基础成果,为水资源项目提供服务的同时,还为松辽委防汛抗旱指挥系统二期工程等项目提供空间服务。In order to meet the requirement of the Songliao river basin water resources monitoring capacity building project, based on the Super Map iserver software, it designs and establishes the water conservancy geological information shared service platform for Songliao River Water Resources Commission. Through the realization of seven business functions, which included service directory, classification search, monographic service, operation and management, by accessing, publication and registration of data services, it applies unified and standard basis geography and water conservancy business monographic spatial service for business application systems. The construction of shared service platform regulates the spatial data utilization, reduces the development costs, and enhances the data sharing. The shared service platform is the basis achievement of the water conservancy one-map work platform for Songliao River Water Resources Commission. It provides spatial service not only for water resources monitoring capacity building project, but also the other projects, such as the second period flood control and drought relief command system.
