摘 要:针对GPS接收机低功耗、低噪声、高增益的要求,采用功率限制下噪声匹配技术、阻抗匹配技术和电源复用技术,设计了一款可应用于GPS接收机的单端输入差分输出低噪声放大器,减少了巴伦损耗。采用SMIC 0.13"m CMOS RF工艺和全定制集成电路设计方法,工作频率为1.575GHz,对电路进行版图后仿真。仿真结果表明,该低噪声放大器在1.2V电源电压下,功耗为4.8mW,增益为22.65dB,噪声系数为1.388dB。In order to meet the requirements of low power consumption,low noise and high gain of GPS receiver,a single ended input to differential output low noise amplifier was designed for GPS receiver by simultaneously using the power constraint noise matching technique,the input impedance matching technique and the current-reused technique,which could reduce the loss of Balun.A full custom IC design methodology was used at an operating frequency of 1.575 GHz,and the low noise amplifier was implemented in SMIC 0.13"m CMOS RF process.Layout simulation results showed that the power consumption of the proposed circuit was 4.8 mW,the voltage gain was22.65 dB and the noise figure was 1.388 dB at 1.2Vpower supply.
