2006—2015年上海市金山区新发职业病病谱分析

摘　　要：目的分析上海市金山区2006—2015年新发职业病病谱现状,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统中上海市金山区2006—2015年职业病报告的数据,并进行整理分析。结果 2006—2015年上海市金山区报告职业病405例,职业病类别顺位居前3位的依次为职业性眼病、职业性化学中毒、职业性皮肤病,分别占66.4%、15.3%、10.1%;顺位前3位的病种依次为化学性眼部灼伤、化学性皮肤灼伤、电光性眼炎,分别占62.5%、6.2%、4.0%。结论化学性眼部灼伤、化学性皮肤灼伤、电光性眼炎、皮炎、矽肺是金山区的重点职业病,职业性眼病、职业性化学中毒、职业性皮肤病、职业性尘肺病及其他呼吸系统疾病是当前金山区职业病防控的重点。[Objective]To analyze the status of occupational disease spectrum reported during 2006-2015 in Jinshan District of Shanghai City,and provide scientific basis for developing prevention and control strategies.[Methods]The data of occupational disease reported from 2006-2015 in Jinshan District Shanghai were extracted from National Information System for Disease Control and Prevention for analysis.[Results]A total of 405 cases of occupational diseases were reported in Jinshan District of Shanghai City from 2006-2015.The top 3 categories of occupational disease were occupational eye disease（66.4%）,occupational chemical poisoning（15.3%）and occupational skin diseases（10.1%）.The top 3 occupational diseases were chemical eye burns（62.5%）,chemical skin burns（6.2%）and electric ophthalmia（4.0%）.[Conclusion]The main occupational diseases are chemical eye burns,chemical skin burns,electric ophthalmia,dermatitis and silicosis in Jinshan District of Shanghai.The disease prevention and control should focus on occupational eye disease,occupational chemical poisoning,occupational skin diseases and occupational pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases.
