摘  要:随着医改的不断深入,患者对医疗服务的需求日益增加,对医院医疗质量管理和服务水平提出了更高的要求,探索科学的质量管理工具亟待突破。作为全面质量管理的工具,品管圈的应用可以激发医务人员的积极性,提高医务人员寻找问题和解决问题的能力,提高工作效率,提升医疗服务质量和患者满意度,强化团队意识,养成持续不断质量改善的组织文化和气氛。目前,品管圈已在日本、澳大利亚、新加坡等地广泛开展,成效显著。作者对医疗机构品管圈方法的理论研究进展进行了综述,在总结过去经验的基础上,分析品管圈的起源、发展历程、实施现状以及推行过程中存在的问题,提出进一步完善的对策建议。The new medical reform has been in the deep development,patients demand for medical services has increased.People put forward higher requirements for hospital medical quality management and service level so it is urgent to make the breakthough in the exploration of scientific quality management tools.As total quality management tool,the application of quality control circle can arouse the enthusiasm of the medical staff,improve the ability of finding and solving problems,improve the work efficiency and the quality of medical service and patients' satisfaction.Also,it can help strengthen the team consciousness and form a continuous quality improvement of organization culture and atmosphere.Nowadays,quality control circle has extensively developed in Japan,Australia and Singapore,and has achieved remarkable effect.The authors have summarized the theory progress of quality control circle method.According to the experience in the past,the authors analyze the origin,development history,present situation and existing problems in implementing quality control circles and put forward the relevant measures and suggestions.
