摘  要:选取Fe^(2+),Fe^(3+),Co^(2+),Ni^(2+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+)6种金属盐与乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA(L))反应制备相应的配合物,评价了其配合物在高p H条件下催化H_2O_2氧化降解羟丙基瓜尔胶的效果。结果表明,该系列配合物均具有一定的催化效果,其中Fe(Ⅱ)L效果最好,在p H<13.0范围内均具有较好的催化效果。在温度为45℃,体系pH为9,H_2O_2加量为羟丙基瓜尔胶质量的10.0%,Fe^(2+)和EDTA物质的量比为1∶1,催化剂Fe(Ⅱ)L加量为H_2O_2加量的2.0%,降解40 min后,该体系可将羟丙基瓜尔胶的相对黏度降至1.5,黏均相对分子质量从2×106降至3 199,COD值从22.5 g/L降至7.6 g/L;H_2O_2加量为25%时,4 h可将COD值降至104 mg/L。Six metal salts,i. e. Fe^2+,Fe^3+,Co^2+,Ni^2+,Cu^2+and Zn^2+,were selected to react with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid EDTA( L) for preparing corresponding complexes,and the effects of the complexes in oxidatively degradating hydroxypropyl Guar gum by catalyzing H2O2 at high p H values were evaluated. The results of study have shown that this series of complexes have the catalytic effect to a certain extent with Fe( Ⅱ) L being the best and that they all have good catalytic effect when the p H value is larger than 13. 0. When the temperature is 45 ℃,the p H value of system is 9,the addition of H2O2 is 10. 0% of the mass of hydroxypropyl Guar gum,the molar ratio of Fe^2+to EDTA is 1 : 1,and the addition of catalyst Fe( Ⅱ) L is 2. 0%,this system can reduce the relative viscosity of hydroxypropyl Guar gum to 1. 5,reduce the viscosity average relative molecular mass from 2 × 10^6 to 3 199,and reduce COD from 22. 5 g/L to7. 6 g/L after 40 min of degradation. When the addition of H2O2 is 25%,this system can reduce COD to104. 0 g/L in 4 h.
