摘  要:实验合成了羧酸盐双子表面活性剂DC16-4-16,用FT-IR和1H-NMR谱图确认产物结构;水溶性实验确立DC16-4-16溶解温度为63℃。黏度测试结果表明,DC16-4-16质量分数越高,其增黏能力越强,溶液黏度突变升高对应质量分数为3%;温度越高,溶液黏度越低;纳米Zn O可大幅度提高DC16-4-16溶液黏度及耐温性。增黏机理研究发现,DC16-4-16在溶液中自组装形成蠕虫状胶束,且蠕虫状胶束相互缠结形成空间网络结构,故溶液表现出高黏度。Carboxylate Gemini Surfactant DC16-4-16 was synthesized in experiment,its structure was confirmed via FT-IR and H-NMR spectrograms,and the solution temperature of DC16-4-16 was identified as 63 ℃ in water solubility experiment. The results of viscosity testing have shown that the higher the mass fraction is,the viscosity increasing capacity of DC16-4-16 is,and the abrupt increase of the viscosity of solution occurs when the mass fraction is 3%; the higher the temperature is,the lower the viscosity of solution is; and Nano-Zn O can increase the viscosity and the temperature tolerance of DC16-4-16 solution substantially. It has been found through viscosity increasing mechanism research that DC16-4-16 can form wormlike micelle in solution via self-assembly and therefore the solution has high viscosity.
