摘  要:选择3种油基降黏剂进行室内对比试验,对降黏率和配伍性进行考察,确定现场试验采用月桂酰肌氨酸钠降黏剂(LRD)。室内试验结果表明,LRD油基冷采降黏剂加量为2.0%-5.0%时,稠油降黏率可达80%以上。现场试验表明,截止2015年12月底,累计增油量226.6 t,增油效益达53.2万元。Three oil based viscosity reducers were selected and subjected to laboratory contrast test to study the viscosity reduction percent and the compatibility,and a sodium lauroyl sarcosinate viscosity reducer( LRD) was chosen through field test. The results of laboratory experiment have shown that the viscous crude viscosity reduction percent can reach 80% or higher when 2. 0% to 5. 0% of oil based LRD cold recovery viscosity reducer is added. Field test results have shown that 226. 6 t of additional crude have been produced accumulatively,which translated into a profit increase of 532 000 yuan,by the end of December,2015.
