摘  要:以丁醇为起始剂,采用特殊分子结构设计,在催化剂KOH的催化作用下,与环氧乙烷(EO)和环氧丙烷(PO)进行共聚加成反应,并进行了醚化封端和精制后处理,合成制备了丁醇封端聚醚。分析了制备过程中影响产品性能的因素,探讨了丁醇封端聚醚在化纤油剂、工业润滑油以及石油破乳剂等领域的应用前景。Alkyl-capped polyether of butanol was synthesized by using special molecular structure design and subjecting ethylene oxide( EO) and propylene oxide( PO) to copolymerization and addition reactions with butanol as the initiator under the catalytic action of catalyst KOH and then capping the reaction product through etherification and subjecting the same to post purification treatment. The factors affecting the properties of product during the preparation process are analyzed,and the application of alkyl-capped polyether of butanol in the production of finishing agent for chemical fiber,industrial lubricating oil and petroleum deemulsifier is discussed.
