摘　　要：海外仓是跨境电商物流新方式,能弥补国际快递、邮政小包等传统方式的不足,是降低物流成本、实现增值服务、提升客户体验、开拓国际市场的有效途径。针对由跨境电商、第三方物流等单一主体建设与运营的海外仓,分析其存在问题,提出通过第四方物流参与的海外仓发展新思路,阐述其优势与运作流程,为海外仓应对发展困境,提升服务水平,发挥运作优势,实现多方协同,助力跨境电商不断壮大,并积极建设我国自主的全球供应链体系提供支持。Overseas warehouse is a new way of cross-border electricity supplier logistics,can make up for the lack of international express delivery,postal parcel and other traditional methods,is an effective way to reduce the logistics cost,to achieve value-added services to enhance the customer experience,to develop the international market. The overseas warehouse directed by cross-border electricity providers,third party logistics construction and operation of a single subject,analyzing the existing problems,put forward by overseas positions of fourth party logistics in the development of new ideas,expounds its advantages and operation process,in order to deal with the overseas warehouse development dilemma,improve service levels,play operation advantage,realize multi-party collaboration,power the cross-border electricity supplier is constantly growing,and actively building a global supply chain system of our own support,finally to make recommendations for future development of overseas positions.
