取消漫游费对中国移动漫游话单量的影响分析

摘　　要：为分析取消漫游费对中国移动漫游话单量的影响,提出一种基于H-O要素比例理论,以已取消漫游费试点地区所受影响推算全国所受影响的分析方法,预测2017年中国移动在逐步推进全国长市漫一体化资费的进程中漫游话单量的变化情况。结果显示,取消漫游费会为中国移动漫游话单量带来额外增长,增长幅度大小与取消方式及时点密切相关。In order to analyze the effect on the number of China Mobile roaming calls because of canceling the charge of roaming calls, based on the H-O theory, propose an analytical method which is calculating the effect on the whole country by calculating the effect on pilot areas, predict the change of roaming calls when China Mobile gradually cancel the charge of roaming calls in 2017. The result shows that canceling the charge of roaming calls will bring Additional growth for roaming call numbers, The magnitude of growth is closely related to the way of transformation and the timing of cancellation.
