摘　　要：针对目前国内全自动食盐缝包机没有刹车装置而导致缝包尾线过长、缝包不美观、缝包线可能缠绕辊道的问题,设计了一个缝包机皮带轮抱刹刹车装置,该装置可以在缝包机切刀动作的一瞬间,对缝包机电机皮带轮实行点动刹车,从而大幅度缩短缝包尾线。In view of the present domestic automatic salt sewing machine without brake, it can cause sewing package tail wire too long and not beautiful, sewing package line be winding roll- er. So a cutting knife brake was designed, which can pulley braking for the sewing machine motor at the moment of cutting off the line. Thus it greatly short sewing package stem line.
