摘　　要：粒状农业硝酸钾是一种无氯水溶性的氮钾复合肥料,具有施肥便捷和肥效缓释等优点,颇受农户欢迎,市场潜力巨大。硝酸钾造粒多数采用熔融造粒、压实造粒等,而喷浆造粒技术具有生产能力大、肥效稳定和外观圆整度好等优点,在硝酸钾生产中为首次采用。因此,对喷浆造粒技术在硝酸钾生产中的应用进行探索和研究,对拓宽喷浆造粒技术的应用领域具有显著意义。Granular agricultural potassium nitrate is a kind of free chlorine water soluble ni- trogen compound fertilizer, which is convenient and slow release fertilizer effect etc.. It is quite popular with farmers, which market potential is tremendous. Potassium nitrate most uses melting granulation, compaction granulator granulation etc.. Such as the applied spray granulation technolo- gy has great capacity of production, stable and appearance as well as good roundness, which was used in the production of potassium nitrate for the first time. Therefore, the exploration on the spray granulation technology is applied in the potassium nitrate production and research, which has signif- icant meaning to broaden the application field of spray granulation technology.
