摘 要:以CRH380BL动车组转向架构架为研究对象,根据UIC 615-4加载标准,使用Abaqus有限元软件进行了静强度分析,利用Goodman曲线进行了疲劳强度校核.并在此基础上考虑焊接缺陷对尺寸系数等的影响,采用FeSafe疲劳分析软件对构架进行了寿命估算.分析结果表明:构架的静强度和疲劳强度满足UIC 615-4标准要求,构架疲劳寿命符合设计规范.CRH380BL EMU bogie frame is taken as the research object. According to UIC615-4 loading standard,the static strength is analyzed by Abaqus finite element software and the fatigue strength is verified by Goodman curve. And on this basis,the fatigue analysis software Fe-safe is used to estimate the fatigue life of the bogie frame with consideration of influences of the welding defect on the size coefficient and so on. The analysis results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame can meet the requirements of the standard UIC615-4, and the minimum of the fatigue life conforms to the design specifications.
