摘  要:在危险品运输网络中,由于各区域内的路径分布不均匀,如果路径选择时仅考虑运输成本或运输风险,可能导致某些区域比其它区域承担较多的运输风险.为了保证区域风险分布的公平性,提出了一种基于区域风险分布公平性的危险品运输路径优化模型,将运输过程中车辆可能经过的区域划分成若干个子区域,分别对每个子区域进行风险评价,以各子区域风险的标准差和运输总距离为目标函数,建立双目标优化模型.最后选取了10个节点危险品运输网络,采用基于概率模型的多目标优化算法求解获取运输成本与风险公平性的Pareto解,验证了模型的有效性,并对子区域不同的划分标准对风险公平性的影响做了分析.Because the distribution of path in some areas is not even in the hazardous materials transport network, the risk of shipment could become different by chosen path, which makes some area may take more risk than others. In order to realize the equity of risk distribution,a routing optimization model is proposed based on risk equity. It divides the area into several sub-areas by the passing probability,and a risk assessment is made to each sub-area, then a dual-objective optimization model is built by each sub-area standard deviation and total transport distance. Finally, a hazardous materials transport network with 10 nodes is selected to compute Pareto solution of transport cost and risk equity by an optimization algorithm based on probability model, which verifies the validity of the model and has made the analysis for criteria of regional division.
