地质聚合物制备粘土质耐火材料修补剂的应用研究

摘　　要：利用地质聚合物制造原理,用耐火材料废渣、水玻璃和碱激发剂配制耐火材料修补剂,不经养护,经简单的明火烘烤干燥后,被修补的粘土质耐火材料可表现出很高的抗压、抗折强度。结果表明:修补后的耐火材料完全可以再次使用。Using the geological polymer manufacturing principle, waste residue, sodium silicate, refractory refractory repairing adhesive and alkali excitation agent, without maintenance, after simple flame barbecue and dry clay refractory can be repaired play very high compressive strength, bending strength.Results show that after the repair of refractory can use again.
