钻进式井壁取芯器及其在内蒙区块的应用

摘　　要：钻进式井壁取芯器是近年来推广的一种新仪器,它适用于全井段不同地层取芯,并且兼容了钻井取芯和火药爆炸撞击式井壁取芯的优点,同时可以弥补钻井取芯漏取层位。主要介绍了钻进式井壁取芯器的概述、技术指标以及仪器在内蒙区块现场使用中出现的具有一定代表性的故障问题,并结合多年的操作实践经验给出了相应的分析和解决方法,并结合实践探讨了影响取芯收获率的因素。Rotary sidewall coring tool is a new instrument in recent years. It can be applied in whole well of different formation coring,and it is compatible with the advantages of the drilling coring and gunpowder explosion sidewall coring,and can make up for drilling leakage.This instrument is introduced with technical indicators and the typical problem during the field application in Inner Mongolia. The corresponding analysis and solutions to the problems are given combined with many years experience in operating practice. In addition,the factors that affect core recovery on the basis of practice are discussed.
