中药协定处方治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析并总结中药协定处方治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法 60例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。观察组给予中药协定处方治疗,对照组给予乳癖消片口服治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果研究发现,观察组治愈20例(66.67%)、有效9例(30.00%)、无效1例(3.33%),总有效率为96.67%;对照组治愈13例(43.33%)、有效11例(36.67%)、无效6例(20.00%),对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺增生患者,采用中药协定处方的治疗方案,可有效改善患者的乳腺增生症状,消除肿块,效果显著,值得应用推广。Objective To analyze and summarize clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine convention prescription in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine convention prescription for treatment, and the control group received Rupixiao tablets by oral administration. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Research showed 20 cured cases （66.67%）, 9 effective cases （30.00%）, and 1 ineffective case （3.33%） in the observation group, with total effective rate as 96.67%. The control groul3 had 13 cured cases （43.33%）, 11 effective cases （36.67%）, and 6 ineffective cases （20.00%）, with total effective rate as 80.00%. The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine convention prescription for hyperplasia of mammary glands patients can effectively improve symptoms in patients and eliminate lump, along with excellent effect. It is worth applying and promoting.
