摘　　要：目的研究分析腺病毒肺炎的儿科诊疗。方法随机选取120例确诊的腺病毒肺炎患儿作为主要研究对象,在分析相关调查文献的基础上,进一步验证该项疾病的临床症状,主要分为一般症状以及系统症状,在上述的基础上进一步分析实验室检查以及其他检查、治疗方法以及并发症等。结果本次检查结果显示,纹理增多、纹理模糊的患儿占25.00%(30/120),肺实变阴影占41.67%(50/120),灶性肺气肿情况占5.00%(6/120)。分析患儿的并发症发现,急性心力衰竭患儿占8.33%(10/120);中枢神经系统症状疾病患儿占33.33%(40/120),其中有2例患儿出现中毒性脑病;继发细菌感染患儿占8.33%(10/120)。结论在腺病毒肺炎的流行期,需要做好群众性预防工作,坚持"三个早"原则,也就是早期诊断、早期隔离、早期治疗,减少并发症发生率,目前需要在临床上进一步研究分析。Objective To research and analyze pediatric diagnosisand treatment of adenovirus pneumonia. Methods A total of 120 children patients with diagnosed adenovirus pneumonia by random selection were taken as study subjects. On the basis of related literature review, clinical symptoms of the disease were further analyzed, including common symptoms and systematic symptoms. Further analysis was made on laboratory examination, other test, treatment method and complications. Results Detection showed children cases with increased and blurry texture accounting for 25.00% （30/120）, cases with shadow changing from solid accounting for 41.67% （50/120）, and cases with focal emphysema accounting for 5.00% （6/120）. Analysis of complications in patients showed acute heart failure cases accounting for 8.33% （10/120）, central nervous system disease cases accounting for 33.33% （40/120）, among them there were 2 cases with toxic encephalopathy, and secondary bacterial infection cases accounting for 8.33% （10/120）. Conclusion Mass prevention work during epidemic period of adenovirus pneumonia is essential, along with strict obedience of on work during epidemic period of adenovirus pneumonia is early diagnosis, early quarantine and early treatment. This method can reduce incidence of complications, and it requires further clinical research and analysis.
