摘 要:专业实践训练与创新是高校培养应用型人才的重点和难点环节。基于德国模块化教学模式的实践教学研究,结合机械工程专业探索培养学生专业能力和职业素质的实践教学环节,注重教学内容的应用型、能力导向,应用知识与理解、知识应用、选用解决问题的方法、交流与沟通、自主学习的教学理念,培养学生的工程实践与创新能力。最终表明,模块化教学模式能显著地提高学生工程实践与创新思维,为专业优秀人才的实践教学改革,提供一定的理论依据。Specialized practical training and innovation are important and difficult component elements during training applied talents in colleges and universities. Based on Germany practical teaching mode, this paper explores the practical teaching for students' special abilities and professional occupational qualities. The training contents emphasize utility, ability orientation, applied knowledge, understanding ability, knowledge application, problem-solving methods, communication and autonomous learning so that students can obtain abilities of engineering practice and innovation thinking. Finally, the result indicates that module teaching mode increases evidently their practical and innovative thinking, and provides theoretical basis for practical teaching reform.
