摘 要:目的对比研究海螵蛸与龟甲胶对果蝇繁殖力的影响,以探究其补益功效。方法将药材提取液添加至培养基中饲养果蝇,记录果蝇产生F_1代和F_2代数量。结果与对照组相比,海螵蛸和龟甲胶均显著增加果蝇F_1代和F_2代数量(P<0.01),在浓度为0.02 g·L^(-1)、0.04 g·L^(-1)、0.08 g·L^(-1)的三组试验中,海螵蛸F_1代数量分别增殖了167.28%、178.89%、121.64%,F_2代分别增长125.13%、140.86%、69.79%;龟甲胶F_1代分别增殖了33.25%、97.60%、79.15%,F_2代分别增殖148.48%、193.65%、150.25%。结论海螵蛸和龟甲胶均能显著提高果蝇的繁殖力,二者对果蝇F_1代和F_2代成虫数量影响趋势相似。Objective Comparative study on the fertility influence of fruit flies, aims to explore the benefit efficacy of between Cuttlebone and Tortoise - shell glue. Methods Added drugs to the medium to cultivating fruit flies, and then calculated the a- mount of F1 and F2 generation. Results Compared with the control group, the amount of F1 and F2 generation increased signifi- cantly at each concentration of Cuttlebone and Tortoise - shell(P 〈0.01 ). In the experiment of 0. 02 g · L^-1 ,0.04g · L^-1 ,0.08g · L^-1 crude drug concentration, for Cuttlebone, the number of F1 generation increased 167.28%, 178.89%, 121.64% respec- tively, F2 generation also increased 125.13% , 140.86% ,69.79% separately; for Tortoise - shell glue, the number of F1 genera- tion increased 33.25% ,97.60% ,79.15% respectively and F2 generation increased 148.48% , 193.65% , 150.25% separately. Conclusion Cuttlebone and Tortoise - shell glue could both enhance the fertility ability of fruit flies and the trend of their influ- ence to the amount of the F1 and F2 generation imago were similar.
