摘 要:目的比较两种炮制方法的制首乌及熟地黄的基础药效。方法比较两种制法首乌对高脂模型大鼠的血脂调节作用、对衰老模型大鼠的抗氧化能力及非特异性免疫作用的影响;比较两种制法熟地黄对正常小鼠血常规及凝血功能的影响及对衰老模型大鼠的抗氧化能力的影响。结果改良法制首乌及熟地黄较传统制法均能显著降低MDA的含量(P<0.05);改良法制首乌在降低TG上比传统制首乌有优势(P<0.05);改良法熟地黄在升高HBC及Hb上比传统制法更具有优势(P<0.05)。结论改良法炮制的制首乌、熟地黄功效与2015版《中国药典》所载炮制工艺成品的功效一致,且改良法制首乌在抗氧化与降血脂方面更具有优势,而改良法制熟地黄在补血方面优于传统制法熟地。Objective To compare the basis efficacy of the two kinds of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and Rehmanniae ra- dix praeparata. Methods Comparing the influence of blood lipid regulation on high - fat model rats, antioxidation on aging model rats and nonspecific immune function for mice by two kinds of processing methods Polygoni Muhiflori Radix Praeparata. Compa- ring the influence of lood routine examination and coagulation function on mice, antioxidation on aging model rats by two kinds of processing methods of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata. Results Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and Rehmanniae Radix Pra- eparata by new processing method can significantly reduce the content of MDA(P 〈 0.05). Polygoni Muhif[ori Radix Praeparata by new processing method can reduce TG more than the traditional method ( P 〈 0.05 ). The rehmanniae radix praeparata by new processing method rise in HBC and Hb more than the traditional method( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The Polygoni Muhiflori Radix Praeparata and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata by new processing method have essentially the same efficacy with the traditional method recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015). The new Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata has more advantage in antioxi- dant and fall hematic fat, and the new Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata is superior to the traditional in enrich the blood.
